At Quiet Professionals, our people are driven by a greater purpose. When we were founded in 2013 by Special Forces Veteran, Andrew Wilson, we had just 3 employees and a mission to strengthen America’s global security.

Today we have grown to over 130 employees globally and we continue to expand our mission support capabilities. This astonishing growth has been made possible by our purpose driven and innovative teams, our committed industry partners and our proven performance across multiple high-value contract awards.
As a certified Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Small-Business, we are proud to support multiple prime contracts and a strategic growth plan to differentiate ourselves as the preferred partner for US Government Agencies and for Corporate Entities across the globe.

We also expanded our full spectrum IT services, developed a robust Unmanned Aerial Systems training and service program, and continued the ground efforts to counter and defeat Improvised Explosive Devices in the most arduous areas of the world.

We’ve designed a compensation package that gives our employees total flexibility and control. We strive to be amongst the industry leaders, offering a detailed and comprehensive benefits package and competitive salaries. Quiet Professionals offers 100% health, vision, dental, and group life insurance coverage with low co-pays and deductibles, and employees are eligible to sign up for coverage on their first day of employment. We offer a 401k plan with employer matching contributions up to 3% and partial matching contributions up to 5%. There is no vesting period and employees are eligible on their first day of employment.

AW: Hi, I’m Andy Wilson. I am the owner and CEO of Quiet Professionals.
A lot of times people ask me what is Quiet Professionals, what do Quiet Professionals do as a company? And what I tell them is we are a defense contracting company, we provide services in the human capital of experts in their field to both government and corporate organizations around the world. We believe in our core that people are our greatest asset and that’s really what we focus on here at the company. Quiet Professionals is a special place, we’re special because of our people. We’re special because we’ve been there, in the shoes of those that we’re hiring. We all started at the bottom and worked our way up to where we are today. Myself and a few of the other Executives here and many of the members here at the headquarters have not only served in the military but have also served as contractors themselves, both here and abroad in various capacities. That allows us the unique ability to see and hear what our employees are saying from their perspective and we push that back here to those employees that are working in various locations, here at the headquarters office that maybe did not get to have those same experiences and explain to them the difference.
