Andrew “Andy” Wilson is the Managing Member, Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Quiet Professionals, LLC, Managing Member of Echo Analytics Group, LLC, and Managing Member of Scion Analytics, LLC. He is an accomplished inventor holding a current patent on innovative navigation technology. He is a valorous combat decorated retired Sergeant Major of the United States Army with 20 years of service working as a Senior Special Forces Non-commissioned Officer, 14 of which were served in a Special Mission Unit (Delta Force). He was selected for promotion to the rank of Sergeant Major with only 15 years in service, becoming one of the youngest Sergeant Majors in the military.
Mr. Wilson has more than 11 years of proven Executive Leadership in various positions, including Chief Executive Officer, Managing Member, President, and Chief Business Development Officer in three Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business startups. After military retirement, Mr. Wilson established a company to provide specialized subject matter expert services to the Department of Defense and commercial customers. He successfully obtained a government facility security clearance, and in just over two years, his company surpassed $7M in gross annual revenue. Mr. Wilson successfully negotiated and completed the sale of his personal membership interest in his first defense contracting business. He launched Quiet Professionals, LLC, his second defense contracting company, one year later. Since starting Quiet Professionals in 2013, the company has experienced unbroken YoY annual growth.
In July of 2020, Mr. Wilson negotiated his first acquisition of a local software company and formed Scion Analytics. Soon after, in January of 2021, he acquired Echo Analytics Group (EAG). EAG’s core focus is Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT).
Within the community, Mr. Wilson was elected in a Director role to stand up the Tampa Satellite Chapter of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) in December of 2017. He is also a member of various local Tampa organizations, including the CEO Council of Tampa Bay, National Defense Industry Association – Tampa Chapter, and the Florida Defense Contractor Association. Additionally, Mr. Wilson served as the 2019 Co-Chair of the Military Council for The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Information Technology. Mr. Wilson is a staunch supporter of veterans, law enforcement officers, and their families, donating time and resources to several veteran-oriented not-for-profits. He is married to Cindy Wilson, and they have three children and three grandchildren. He is an avid health enthusiast and spends most of his free time with his family.
